Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with HFI Bedding. We appreciate your choice to buy our products and understand that sometimes an item might not meet your expectations. Please review our updated return and refund policy below.

Return Policy

Return Period: We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Condition for Return: Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exceptions:
Please note that American Pleat curtains and customized sizes are made to order and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Visit the orders page in your account or contact us at contact.hfiindia@gmail.com.
If your return request is accepted, we will arrange for the pickup of the return item(s) from your shipping address.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive fewer units than ordered, raise a query within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly.

Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders will be fully refunded without any deductions.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Partial Advance Payment: For COD orders, a partial advance payment is required. Please note that the advance will not be refunded if the parcel is rejected or not accepted at the time of delivery.
Returns & Refunds for COD:

• If you choose to return the product, 8% of the total order amount will be deducted if the refund is made to a bank account.
• Alternatively, you can opt for a gift voucher refund, in which case the full order amount will be refunded without deductions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
